Even though if not properly planned a business will not succeed. The philosophy of
management that will be applied to the management of the organization because the steps of
control and types of controls included in the control process for the organization, relationship
between the human resource planning activities and the overall organizational strategy, the
quality, productivity, and profitability are important elements in the planning process will benefit
a business surviving.
The kind of jobs that are needed in an organization is “production, marketing, finance,
and human resources.” (Plunkett, Allen, & Attner 2013) These departments are very important to
an organization development. They have their own specializations in order to help a business
function. The production are the ones that help produce the products and bring the dream to life
and available to consumers. The marketing department helps get the product known to
consumers by advertising the products and business. The finance department works out all the
financial needs of the organization. The human resource department the department that mostly
does all the hiring and supply the benefits of the business. Since this a very small business these
departments will be the only ones that should be required at the present time. “"When there are
problems with communications in the workplace this can lead to inner-office conflict; it can
create tension and lead to misunderstandings and anger. Misunderstandings,
miscommunications, non-responsiveness, different communication styles, technology glitches,
and no defined communication protocols can all lead to problems with communication.”

Nisha’s Spa Palace is a place where people can come and enjoy music, have drinks, good
food, get pampered and relax. This is a business you can come and get your nails and feet done,
massages, and just enjoy a day away from the kids and problems. This is a small business catered
to those in need of relaxation. While getting pampered the customers have the luxury of extra
amenities like getting facials, make up, a cup of wine, food, massages, sitting in heat room, or
even getting meditation in a yoga class. Everybody wants to have that place that they can go and
relax on a day off and have no worries or any cares about life’s frustrations. Nisha’s Spa Palace
is the place to be. Nisha’s Spa Palace is affordable and able to cater to anyone needs at any age.
Nisha’s Spa Palace even has a section available for kids to play and enjoy themselves while the
customers have their time to relax.
Nisha’s Spa Palace not only caters to the customers but they also cater to the employees
as well. The staff consist of many trained, licensed and professional staff. These employees are
students that have graduated and are licensed in the areas that benefit the positions in this
organization. This organization is established to have the recent graduated students from the
local colleges a place of business to cater to their clients in the open and available position this
organization has to offer instead of catering to their clients in the vicinity of their residents. They
have all the amenities available to their clients in a professional establishment. While the clients
are being catered to we also have a designated area to suit the children for those that had to bring
their children along with them. The child care is area is supervised by a trained babysitter with a
system similar to Chuck E. Cheese. The child and the parent will be stamped with a number
specially designated to the family.
