Points can be purchased at a rate of 1 USD = 10 points. In some cases, promotional bonus points may be included with a purchase. However, only base points are refundable, and bonus points cannot be refunded.

Points can also be used for AI-powered tools such as XY Writer, plagiarism checking, originality detection, and writing improvements. Since AI actions vary in point consumption based on usage, points used for AI actions cannot be refunded. This includes but is not limited to:

4. Notes Access via Points
All notes access on StudyXY is facilitated through points, which users can earn or purchase. Point-based transactions are generally non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

- Requests made after 7 days from the transaction date.

- Fraudulent claims or misuse of the refund policy.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback is filed through your bank or payment provider, your StudyXY account may be suspended or restricted. To resolve disputes, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

StudyXY reserves the right to cancel transactions or restrict access to content if:
