Whatmight you do differently from now on with respect to working with children who have special needsand their families?Answer:-‘Individual difference ‘ is a common factor and this very trait is found among thechildren were actually different from one another in respect of their varying abilities .Andeach family of a growing child also differs from one another in innumerable ways amongwhich social, Economical, cultural and hereditical varieties are the staple factors-responsiblebehind this varying tendency .This being the situation, the value of ‘team approach’ to early child hood spatial education, isimmense and it is not at all an easy task to tackle with such situation which are rapidlyvariable but still there are some methods and techniques applying which any professional inthis line can face the challenge neatly and I am sure , that these well thought scientificmethods and technique will help me to cope-up with ever-changing different kinds of needsof the children having varying abilities and I must be careful in inventing and applying suchmethods and techniques.So far the very word “ability’ itself is concerned, heir again, the varying tendencies areprevalent with their prequaliser characteristics and as a professional teacher I shall have to bevery cautious about this thing in course of imparting education and knowledge to these typeof children . Infect, I must mark out the differential needs of the child educands and adoptedvarying techniques and method to full fill this noble purpose of teaching .Some are fastlearners and some are obscures slow .Some are dullards too .I shall have to find out thecourse and time of the children’s adopting my teaching. Here I must use spatial charts andmodels animation pictures and stilllife motifs etc to teach the children as per their varyingcapabilities .The methods like ‘Play way in Education’ is to be applied as per situationaldemand.I can use ‘vocal tonic’ through lecture method as well .Electric operated moving models anddifferent types of toys and illuminated charts and wooden blocks are to be used to attainsuccess .I will have to apply ,in sort , any device which will suffice to train the children-giftedwith varying abilities. Mimicry can also be an effective method for some of the learners .Thesituational demand of meeting up some very spatial kind of needs may prove to grave if I amto deal with the students coming from slum and red light areas. However, I can use themodern methods like 1_shadow playing 2) oralaural lecture method, 3) Black board bestdemonstration etc.Any corneous teacher will have to divide his student under such groups as a)Learners havingready power to grasp and react to the given problems and solve them by using their ownthinking power and good reasoning b)Learnersfalling to response in this way and 3)
