Stress is a type of negativity that is generated in the human physiology from which he suffers to
deep negative thoughts in his mind affecting the emotional balance .
Stress can be caused due to many factors,’these are as follows
1. Too much Work pressure.
2. Performance issues
3. Family problems.
These are ultimate reasons for stress in one’s life.
Stressors are events which causes stress.
For example ,
Due to lots of noise and shouting, or due to excessive crowd,
Stress can also happen due to job life, or relationship life. Or a financial problem.
This are the examples of stressors.
Strain: Strain is the affect of stress. Due to stress , the mental and physical health of human gets
strain and due to which he gets affected in his body .
For example,
A person sitting in front of the computer , for 10 hrs will get strain in his neck. And thus he
would be at fault for getting the strain.
