In an organization the major reason for conflict at the managerial levelis the differences in the leadership and managerial styles.NegotiationNegotiationinvolves two or more parties who each have something the other wants andwho attempt to reach an agreement through a process of bargaining.It occurs when all partieshave both shared interests (meaning they’re committed to a resolution) and opposed interests(meaning they don’t agree on everything).
