used in meeting the organization’s link productivity, established goals, and success between
organization and the employees (Takala T, 1994). Values are important for survival and growth
organizations, individuals, and community. However, according to time and place values do
differ and evolve. In the past, societies place importance on conformity, harmony, and obedience
because of preservation concerns during such times. Personal values help people commit, pass
from one generation to the next, driven action, determine, which produces human
accomplishments (Takala T, 1994). Organizations value connect individuals, and can
commitments to certain values, organizations to concerns, which impact, and apply, business,
and its environment.

In a today’s business environment, for an organizations to attain a competitive advantage
they are employing a multicultural and diverse workforce. This important diversification permits
to organizations some focus on developing services and products that reach numerous cultures
(Davis J H & Mayer R C, 1998). In their strategic plans, this diversification also allows various
ethical and cultural standards to be integrated. In an organization, it is the duty of top level
executives to impart moral, ethical, and the company vision to its employees. The company
