The Integration PaperThe Accelerated Bachelor of Business Administration program requires thestudent to have two or three year diploma from an accredited college with no less thanninety quarter hours and sixty semesterhoursof college with a minimum or 2.0 GPA.The applicant must own or have access to, and be able to use a personal computer andsatisfactory knowledge of Microsoft office program. The applicant is required to performa monitored written essay as part of the program entrance requirement.The applicant must have previous credit for MTH 111: Introductory Algebra orequivalent. The programisdesigned to accelerate the learning of the student to becomeproficient in the world of business. The program appropriateness prepares the studentwith competency for today’s global economy, develops strong communication skills, andencourages critical thinking.This course has been selected to provide a series of benefits to enable the studentto be successful in business and competency’s to exceed in a global economy. The Brick Group is one of Canada's largest volumeretailers of household furniture, mattresses, appliances and home electronics.TheBrickAnnualReportwas chosen due the fact thatthe studentwas a seniorsupervisor in the company for 5 years. The Brick was in its infancy in 1998 in Ontarioandinthe past 2 decades the company has gone public and is doing amazing well. In theaccounting modulethe studentlearned how to properlyevaluateincome and balancesheet statements.
