2Personalitytraitsare a very importantindicator of how people react in particularcircumstances and how they are able to execute decision making and problem solvingskills.Thiskind of personalitytraitenablesleaderstohave a good set of followersto work togetherasateam(Kroeger & Theusen,2002). Thoughpersonality is aninnateand intrinsic part ofone’scharacter,thereare any personality traitsthatcanbe cultivatedover aperiodoftimetosuitaperson.These traits are psychological and a manifestation of these traits are very important inunderstanding how people behave and react and are able to assimilate to situations(Kaplan&Succuzzo, 2009).Myprimaryand backup personal creative problem-solving style includesalimitingstyle.Accordingtothepersonality testtaken, I possesstheENTJone. The results of theassessments yielded:Extravert (56%),Intuitive (25%),Thinking (1%),Judging (44%).Ialsoamthe typewhoto useself-awarenessand self-developmenttofurther mycareer.Impactonmanagement:I am an extravert. This means that I can communicate well withpeoplebe it myemployeror myteammember.Thisis a very important qualitybecausecommunication istheplatformover which allotherfunctionsare laidtorest. Beingextravertedmeansthat Ican bring inthose external thought processes where I can deal withproblemsbothrationallyand logically.My secondarypersonality trait is internal whereI am considered to beintuitive.This means Itackle things through my intuition.Iam a born leader because I canmake all kinds of permutations and combinations with the host of possibilitiesthatI amsurrounded with.I have always been associated withgreat leadership qualities and normallytake chargewhen problemssurface.
