According to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, growth opportunities for psychology
professionals like behavior analysts and support workers are increasing in number and in scope
as numerous existing societal problems are either linked with behavior (like poor personal
relations, violence, and enhanced divorce-rate), or with disabilities (such as, physical and
learning disabilities), and psychologists can tackle such complications through collection and
examination of relevant data followed by creation as well as implementation of intervention
strategies (Rachlin, 2012). To understand it clearly, we need to concentrate over the roles played
by behavior analysts and support workers who analyze diverse aspects of human psychology and
assist the individuals suffering from behavioral problems and/ or disabilities. That's why; I am
also willing to work as a behavior analyst or support worker because in this way, I can help out
