It is leader of the electronic business and has become the world largest ITtechnology company.ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTUREApple organizational structure is one of the key factors which make it very successful.The organizational structure at Apple when Steve Jobs was the CEO was like a monarchy.Under his leadership everything was managed and controlled from single point i.e. the CEOof the company. Since the overall structure was influenced by him hence the organizationalculture reflects his thinking and his way of leading. The CEO and board of directors ofApple, Inc. “glue” all the decisions together and their decisions will go straight down the lineto every employee of the company (Lashinsky, 2011). Through the straight approach, anydecision from the top executives of Apple, Inc. is instantaneous.
