SUMMARY PAPER2Summary PaperThe purpose of this paper isto show evidence of personal understanding of an issue orsituation that relates to business, government and society. This paper should outline the currentethical issues, sources of ethical behavior, legal viewpoints that relate to the issue or situation.Lastly this paper will outline suggestions for corrective action pertaining to the situation.The JobOne of the jobs that I have deals with working with youth at risk. These youth arebetween the ages of eleven years old to eighteen. I do have a few people that I work with thatcontinue up to twenty–one years of age. I started working with kids as a way of giving back formistakes that I made as a youth. The kids that Iwork with are usually from single parent orgrandparent homes. Most of the kids have been abused to some degree. Some of these kids havereported the abuse and others refuse to file a report. This does cause a problem as I walk a thinline of having to report such issues to an authority figure. Since I am not a legally recognizedcounselor or medical personal I am not beholding to reporting such action, but there is such a
