2Country Risk and Strategic Planning AnalysisIn this paper, Team B will analyze doing business within the North America market, andwe will use Canada for examples to help illustrate various issues. Some of the items in Section 1that will be discussed will be the political, legal, and regulatory risks, the exchange andrepatriation of funds risks, competitive risk assessment, and taxation and double taxation risks.In Section 2, we will cover such items as the market risks using the four P's of marketing,distribution, and supply chain risks, and physical and environmental challenges to entering andoperating a target market, and social and cultural risks and cyber or technology. Team B willalso summarize the strategic planning process in Section 3. This section will define and clarifyour mission and objectives, we will use SWOTT analysis of Canada, and we will make a strategyselection. We will select and justify an appropriate mode of entry for our global product orservice. We will examine the control and evaluation and will devise a contingency plan if thefirst plan should not happen.Section 1: Country AnalysisNorth AmericaThe political and economic stability is prevalent in North America as well as in thecountry of Canada. And because of the stability in North America and Canada, as used for ourexample, fund risks are low.
