This morning, I went to Spokane Falls first, due to having two timeddraws at 8am, I had just enough time to do this facility before those timeddraws. I knew I had two stats for Dombrowski, Cindy. I was only able toobtain the urine sample, so I left in the Spokane chat that this would needto be tried by someone else, it was a cant stick for me and the nurse wasn'teven willing to try because of her limited veins. I documented can't stick onthe requisition and the PSL.Laura agreed that she was a tough stick on teams and said she wouldtake care of it. Then she called me, she told me how many veins pop upwhen you use a certain trick on her.I thanked her for the tip, she told me that Paul was trying to say that Ididn't tell anyone about my can't stick and Laura said that she stood up forme and showed him the paperwork. I text her and said thank you forstanding up for me, and she said, "Yeah, no problem, you didn't do anythingwrong and that guy is an ass. And we're a team, I feel like you and I couldwork well together. We just need to let bygones be bygones and put our bestfeet forward." I did not respond because I don't need her bringing up thepast so much and trying to force us to work together more. I was alsoextremely busy and didn't have time for it. We were getting along fine, shedidn't need to continue to bring it up and 1 shouldn't be forced to work withher more if there's no need.She went to Spokane Falls to get the cultures and by that time theywere canceled. She put in dispatch that she would be taking a two-hourlunch later at 1430, it was 1221 at this time, and one minute after she sentthat message, I asked dispatch to assign Jordan Avalon's timed draw andregency's routines/stat. An hour later, which I am assuming was after shegot out of Rockwood, she asked dispatch to do this again, even though itwas already done. Dispatch told Jordan her orders were on the board.I finished my routines at Cascadia and when I was at aurora I had acan't stick for an Edward Geter, I had a nurse in there helping me with heatpacks and trying to get the patient to even let me poke him for he wasparanoid and disoriented, it took some time and was a hard draw. I postedin the chat and the nurse I spoke with told me to wait and try again later,she was an RN, I forgot her name.I let dispatch know and they told me the order would need to be calledin again, that it was canceled, 1 posted this in the team's chat and dispatchand called Aurora to let them know.
