Introduction
Now in the present business environment without good Human Resources organization cannot
develop a good team of working professionals. The important functions of the Human Resources
Management team include recruiting employee, provide proper training, performance appraisals,
inspiring employees with safety workplace, good workplace communication, and much more
(Banks C G & May K E, 1999). In an organization a Human Resources manager plays a wide
variety of roles. Comparing to other department managers, a HR manager has two key functions
i.e managing employees and supervising department functions (Banks C G & May K E, 1999).
This research paper will explain the important functions and the some challenges in the HR
department and how HR manger fulfills the strategy of the department. Additionally this research
paper shows main purpose of HR and the metrics, and how it can greatly affect senior
management. Also the paper gives some useful information on Human Resource planning
process and how it can be applied over the company. Finally this paper explaining a
determination of a strategic Human Resource plan and Recruitment and selection methods.
The functions and challenges in the HR department in fulfilling this strategy
Before they can meet with the need of the travel agency, they must have a good knowledge of
the function and challenges of the business organization, in order to appoint new employees. The
HR department faced the challenges is trying to employ and retiring some employees. For
candidates they must make the perfect selection, so each person will be able to work as a team
(Snell S A & Gerhart B, 2001). HR functions encompass a type of activities that extensively
affect all parts of an organization. The three important functions that will be deal with Human
