INTRODUCTION
Diversity infuses richness and nurtures strength in the workplace, focusing on respect for all
human differences like age, cultural, linguistic, gender, socio economic, educational, religious, and
ability. Cultural diversity is an array of culture found among people from different backgrounds. The
influence of cultural diversity facilitates members of the organization to build a strong relationship and
acknowledge each other regardless of their differences of origin and background. Diversity is valued for
bringing a balance in talent, skill and strengths to the workplace. Maintaining excellence performance

background.
