Analysis of Nurse Response Times Across Shifts: January 115, 2013
Analyze the average nursing shift response times for the first 15 days in January
2013 as presented in the report. Discuss the performance, consistency, and
deviations for the night, evening, and day shifts. Propose potential factors
contributing to the observed trends and suggest measures for improving the
response times in each shift. Also, evaluate the significance of deviations across
shifts and how these might impact patient care. Provide recommendations for
further improvements.
