Scope and Purpose The scope of this project is to analyze and assess the problems and feasibility of an ERP installation. We will look at the feasibility of the use of SAP to manage three business areas. During the investigation we will be looking into the business needs and recommendations for the use of SAP. Business Direction OPPORTUNITIES: Increase revenue by market share in non - copier - related services Decrease cost by increasing efficiency a nd standardizing processes I ncrease customer retention through effective sales, sales support and customer support Improve invoicing and reporting processes The primary focus for Bandon Group is to increase sales by raising its market share in non - copier - related services.
