should not be visible -female =thoracic movements while
inhaling -male = abdominal movements while inhaling

-emaciation, obesity, distended abdomen, marked
restlessness, a rigid posture, etc -jaundice, bruises, striae -
inverted umbilicus; glistening or taut appearance -prominent
venous patterns -marked concavity which is associated with
general wasting signs
