Every organization needs capable executives, managers and administrators to be successful. Now
in the present day Healthcare organizations are dynamic and complex. Organizations requires
managers provide supervision, as well as the leadership and coordination of employees (Jones
DA, 1996). In health care industry Health Administrator one of the most important positions. He
or she directs the health systems, operation of hospitals, and other such types of organizations.
Healthcare management provides personal fulfillment and major rewards for those who desire to
make some difference in the lives (Jones DA, 1996). Valuable decisions made by healthcare
administrator not only concentrate on ensuring that the patient receives the most suitable,
effective services, and timely, but also address reaching of target performance that are most
desired by the organizational management. Finally, decisions made by a health administrator

There are lots of health laws in US health care administration, such as local, state and federal.
The health administrator will need to understand these valuable laws, because they will be
relating with top organizational professionals at all levels (Malat J, 2001). In this case to Well
Care Hospital the health administrator is new, and for the past six months the hospital has been
under scrutiny for breach of medical compliance. It is most important that the top health care
administrator be concerned about the significance of his or her conduct in the specific health care
setting; compromise the limits of medical ethics and conduct (Malat J, 2001). This research
paper will also describe the four important elements must be required of a claimant, to show
health care negligence and the main duties of the health care governing board in lessening the
effects of medical non-compliance, as they concern to the important rules of practice present in
the Well Care Hospital governing board policy.
