Service Provider Workforce Association via MyGroundBizAccount,
MGBA-325QR

This process applies to all service provider personnel who are active in CDAS. Service provider personnel initiate the
association via https:/fmy bizaccount.fedex.com/ [MGBA) by logging into their own accounts. Once the association to the
new service provider is initiated, the service provider authorized officer/business contact then affirms the association via
MGBA.
ASSOCIATING TO NEW SERVICE PROVIDER (COMPLETED BY SERVICE PROVIDER PERSONNEL)
1. Log into https://myb iz account.fedex-com? .
2. Select the Workforce Management tile from the home page.
3. SelectRequest New A s s o c i a t i o n .
A list of service providers appears. This list includes all service providers that have agreements domiciled in FedEx
Ground facilities in which the service provider personnel is eligible to provide service
Note: If a FedEx Ground facility is not listed, contact the facility to have it added to CDAS Terminal
Assignment Data.
If you see the message below at the bottom of the page, a pending association request already exists and you
cannot submit a new request unless the first request is finalized or cancelled. Only one pending association
request is allowed.

4. Select the Position Sought from the dropdown menu.
The position correlates to the capacity in which service provider personnel will provide service to the new service
provider (i.e., driver, non-driver. helper, etc.).
Request H e * Employee Association
5. Click R e q u e s t A s s o c i a t i o n .
6. Review the message and select Yes to request association.
7. Click O K to send the request to the new service provider.
