Introduction- Single-Sign-On (SSO) is a client validation process, in which the client signs into
one screen name, and it makes numerous applications or sites opened or signed in. the system
will have restricted measures that will understand what a certain client has admittance to,
authorizations, and so forth., and have the capacity to give the administrations. Each of which
may include diverse usernames and verification data. (Introduction to Single Sign-On)
Analyze at least five (5) problems experienced by employees in an enterprise where Single
Sign-On (SSO) has not been implemented.
1. Employees need to remember different passwords for accessing different applications in
their office environment. This creates the unnecessary burden on the employees and
affects their productivity.
2. Different login password takes longer time to login individually for the applications and
hence kills the productive time of the employees.
3. Employees may forget their password and they need to wait for the IT Helpdesk team to
reset their password which is a pain taking process.
4. It has been observed that an IT Helpdeks team gets numerous calls for resetting the
passwords as the employee finds it difficult to remember so many passwords. It has
unnecessarily increases the cost to manage a team for this task.
5. Employees consider this very irritating when they need to login again and again for
accessing different applications.
