is just so much competition for business and for customers and the revenue they bring. So it very
important to construct a marketing strategy, that is effective for your company and also efficient.
It will need to grab customers attention, and quickly. In this summary, I will detail an integrated
marketing strategy for Pawsitively Devine Mobile Pet Grooming and Transportation Company,
will be analyzed and created. This company specializes in the Mobile Pet Grooming business, in
the small town of Lubbock Texas.
Overview:
Pawsitively Devine is an exclusive Mobile Pet Grooming service in the town of Lubbock Texas.
They will offer the finest and most up to date equipment in the pet grooming business and all top
of the line supplies. They will provide a service in which they come to your home or place of
business and groom, trim, dip and transport you beloved four legged family member. The
company’s fleet consists of 6 large custom trailers equipped with all state of the art equipment.
Pawsitively Divine is passionate about serving the clients, and making sure their pets have the
best services, products and care. The company is a fairly new company, having only been opened
for 3 years. It has 12 employees, 2 to each trailer. Because it is new, the company is wanting to
grow and looking for ways to get the word out on their business. A great marketing strategy will
help this company grow. There are not many other mobile grooming businesses in Lubbock, and
none that provide the quality and service as Pawsitively Divine. The company has set itself apart
from its competition offering services that differentiate them from their competition. The
ultimate goal of the company is to be the ultimate and premiere mobile grooming business in
Lubbock, and possibly eventually becoming a franchise in other local cities.
