Proposals for the organization
The CEO has outlined for the two different business strategies. First considers the marketing,
health care services to the mature healthcare consumer and second for marketing healthcare
services to international consumers.
Marketing Proposal one (focusing health care services to international consumers)
To expand organisation, business internationally, patients from abroad are to be attaracted. An
organisation needs to make aware them about the healthcare services being served. There are lots
of patients who seek better healthcare services in the United States . The group of tourist visit our
country and are attracted by the health care services provided by many medical agencies.
Agencies are also aware of such consumers. They just want to follow some strategies so that they
can serve more foriegner consumers. There are two types of organisation, with large existing
business possibly a pioneer in the medical world and another is a starting company. Both type of
organisation wants to spread out its services internationally. Organisation approaches to follow
many strategies to expand area of services globally.
Threw an international brand
The organisation having its popularity in abroad attaract forign patients towards it. It needs hard
work to popularize the brand globally. There are several examples of clinics having thousands of
patients outside the county.The mayo clinic and johns hopkins in US are such examples which
have their cosumers outside the border.
